Inadequate Cooling
My samsung refrigerator quit this month and Samsung was no help at all. In fact, *lots* of people have had trouble and I found that it's design flaws they have known about since 2005. We ended up buying a new one (went with a GE) and when researching complaints, I found a class action lawsuit was in the works about these refrigerators. Twin cooling system broken
Twin cooling system starting making noise , now I have to have it replaced at $375.00. I have only had the refrigator for about 15 months, payed a lot for it..Samsung co, no help..HH cregg, no help...
