What evidence do you have now that this is a broker and gets the puppies from pvppy m!lls?
Best practice is to pick up dogs at the breeder, see the facility and the conditions. Always. Steer clear of a breeder that suggests meeting somewhere - a good breeder will want you to visit their property.
The time to do research is prior to the purchase - once the deal is done it is too late and you have developed an emotional attachment. It gets ugly quickly.

you should really watch what you post online without actual proof. The wrong person sees your complaint and you could possibly get sued for slander. Hope your little guy is feeling better

jon i do know i saw it and you are exactly right she met us all the signs were there my puppy was sick and has issues with her eye and appearance oh well live and learn wish i would have goggled her before my purchase i paid alot of money for my puppy

Sick puppie
My puppy is now1 yr old her left eye is smaller than the other and constantly waters she has to be kept from the sun because she has no pigment around her eye I still have issues I tell people she is rescue dog too ashamed to admit I paid 900.00 for her she advertising no kennels but the poor parents are from puppy mill and poor quality Beware I tell everyone about this person making money off suckers like me spca is investigating and puppy broker
