unauthorized debits from my bank acc.

i ordered colon flow as expected she tried to sell me all kinds of stuff to which i said no, i even stopped the girl to make sure i was only paying $11.80 shipping and handling, i would receive 2 bottles and if i liked it i would be billed $44.00 per bottle if not i was to send back. she also tried to sell me a new supply every month at a cheaper price but it came with and auto debit from my checking account every month. once again i said no thank you, but if i like the product then i would consider setting this up. pretty cut and dry or so you would think! when i got my bank statement there was 2 charges one from sav2go for $14.95 and right below is another one from edbrgn also for $14.95! the first thing i did was call my bank and changed my debit card, new number that means you won't do that to me again! my bank said if you didn't refund me they would! AWESOME BANK! then i called your 800 number and was assured that i would get a credit to my account. we'll see if that happens. u realize u lost a sell and if it's a good product i would have continued to buy and yep the cheaper route of having it auto supplied and debit would have been great! you blew that out of the water. and yes i'll still find it and give it a shot but not through your company!!
