Savemyhomeusa - Loan Modification Company

To Whom It May Concern,
Derick Bartulio Is a fruad and you should all file complaints
On Or Around Sep10th, I Joseph Taglieri, Met with Suspect Derick Bartulio to discuss a plan to borrow 2500.00 dollars on the terms that he was going to repay me 3300.00. He wrote me from a company called Open Air check for 3300.00 by the end of the month to cash it. He said he was employed for a HVAC company and needed money for a dumpsters that him and his Boss had a agreement.

I originally met Derrick Bartulio At work at 184 High St. on or around July 1st 2012, Howl at The Moon. I was speaking to him about the interest in buying silver I trusted his word to sign up for a account on TD Amertrade and I thought he was a honest person from then.

After some small talk Derrick had called me on a daily basis asking if I wanted to open A business. I then told him I was not interested, but some how Derrick Bartulio was very aggressive and insisted on many occasion about his business venture. I asked him how much it was going to cost. He said At minimum 5, 000.00 and he showed me his bosses books the he said he had access too. His Bosses Name Was Steven Williams.

I asked Derrick Then at the time that I would be willing to invest the money. He took me to Boston City Hall. Opened a business name Called Environmental Air Care. I then proceeded to Open A business Account At TD BANKNORTH I put 3000.00 into the account, assuming that Derick Bartulio Was going to purchase the equipment needed for The HAVAC Company. After that I went to car dealership “HONDA HERB CHAMBERS”, on Commonwealth Ave. I Spoke WIth A friend Of mine and purchased a Use 2005, Kia Sodona.--------------, I then got the car within a day or too and made it very clear to Derrick that it was a company Car and need to be parked after working or by 8:00pm. Derrick agreed.

I would say a day later I had asked Derrick if he had bought the equipment, he said he still had unfinished work with the prior HV/AC company he was working for. I took his word for it and did not see him. He then confessed to me he spent the initial 3000.00 that I put in the bank on a poker game, “I was Furious”, at the time and wanted nothing more to do with Derrick Bartuilo, “and I told him so”. He apologize and insisted it would not happen again, to give him a chance that he knows someone that will give him a deal on the HVAC equipment in Detroit Michigan. He said that he needed another 2000.00 cash to go there plus 500.00 for gas. I said I would agree only if I could send a well trusted friend of mine.

He came back several days later with the equipment and we then went and rented a storage facility at “PLANET SELF STORAGE” in the Boston, South Bay Area.

In the process of all this I was watching Derrick Bartulio very closely, and I told him that I would Purchase a computer a wireless printer and other office items that were needed to run a business, total cost of more then 2000.00 from staples and a online printing company “VISTA PRINTS” Later in the evening after the purchase of computer that I had giving to Derrick he disappeared and apparently so did the computer I purchased. He had insisted he left it if the car but there was no sign of a B&E. It would not surprise me if he sold it. That night I also took car from him because he was drinking allot at the bar and I did not want him Driving my M/V until he was properly put on the insurance Policy.

During all of this madness and dealing with Derrick Watching He I was slipping on my own task at my Two Jobs, CL Waterfront Properties LLC & Gennaro's 5 North Sq. Restaurant Both In the North End Of Boston Ma. Later To Be terminated from Both do to trying to deal with watch over him so he would not make careless mistakes.

Derrick Bartuilo from time to time would always be watching over my shoulders “ONLY TO FIND OUT TO STEAL PASSWORDS”looking at me on the computer, I then Began to get very skeptical about him and I was on Guard all the time. I was missing several sets of keys to my house and mail box. I noticed he tried making several attempts to open up credit accounts with his name on it. he did in time to time help me trade stocks with money I had in my TD Amertrade account.

On or around Aug 5th Derrick Bartulio disappeared with my M/V I had told him that I was going to be watching him very closely and I need him to make money, witch he had not done since a month had passed already. He never returned with car untill 48hours had passed and I filed a stolen car report at BOSTON POLICE. report #110418313 A-1department

Later I found out Derrick then Had gained access to my TD Amertrade account and sent money to the business account 9500.00 without my permission he disappeared and I have yet to see him.

The Night before this incident had accured I spoke to a representative and she assured me that there is no way he could access my money. SHE WAS WRONG. I had someone on three-way that heard the conversation as a witness I was in a uproar and I had her for support so when I called she stayed online.

I made a ton of attempts to contact Derrick Bartulio, I ten proceeded to file another Police report to A-1 Boston police, report # 110433960 I went to bank only to find out derrick wrote also 3 fake checks in his name to account and also over -withdrawal the TD BANKNORTH account for another 5000.00 dollars, Several transaction were on a Mohegan Sun property or Foxwoods. I have made several attempts to get M/V from the Suspect only for it to be found later in California.

I calculate that Derick Bartulio when all said and done “has Stole from me about 26000.00 dollars and 2 jobs not including my credit has been destroyed and I have not been able to pay my Bills.

This is to the best of My knowledge, and I believe Derrick has done this more then once. The reason I believed in him was because of his strong Banking Knowledge, and the sob story he gave me about losing his wife and daughter that he said is all he wanted was to be successful, He only later used the banking knowledge to rob and steal.

I have also tried to get my money from bank with no avail and My checks from bank of america. that he forged was returned to me for about 3000.00 Dollars.

I have several witnesses, and a roommate the will testify to Derrick Bartulio strange behavior and also his very aggressive con-man like ways.

Thank You, Respectfully

A North End man riding high after winning $500 in the lottery jumped onto the roof of a car to celebrate, only to be brought back to earth by police, who busted him for property damage — and possession of marijuana, officials said.

Cops arrested Joseph Taglieri, 31, outside of his apartment on Prince Street yesterday, after watching him scream “YEEESSSS!!!” and leap onto a nearby 1994 Toyota Camry, denting the roof, according to the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office.

“I was having such a bad day, ” Taglieri told the Herald today, adding he was having money problems. “The first number says I’ve won $500 so I start jumping up and down, like out of control. I didn’t mean to jump on the hood of the car but I was happy ... It was almost like everything was going to be OK.”

When the cops arrested him, Taglieri told them that he was carrying marijuana, he and the DA’s office said. Police found a sandwich bag in his pocket that they believed to contain more than one ounce of marijuana, according to the DA. Police hustled him down to the station for booking.

“I didn’t even get to finish scratching the scratch ticket, ” Taglieri said, adding that he had not realized he had dented the car.

In 2002, Taglieri was convicted on drug distribution charges, and was sentenced to two years in prison, according to the district attorney’s office. In 2008, he was convicted of breaking and entering and he appeared in court again on drunken driving charges last year, the DA said.

Taglieri told the Herald that he was carrying about half an ounce of marijuana. Carrying less than one ounce of marijuana is not a crime in Massachusetts, though the person can be fined.

Taglieri was arraigned today in Boston Municipal Court on charges of destruction of property and marijuana possession. Taglieri’s lawyer David Fitzgerald could not be immediately reached for comment.

Taglieri, who was allowed to keep his scratch-off winner, is due back in court Sept. 21.
