unauthorized charges

I tried SavingsAce - I was supposed to get my postage refunded for an order through Young Explorers. Needless to say, they did not refund the postage. I cancelled online. I got verification of the cancellation. They continued to charge my account and only today was I able to talk to someone who seemed able to help, tho they "could not" refund past charges. They would not accept my cancellation - only that their records did not show that communication. Supervisors do not take calls or email. (Wonder why, ) Stay clear of this entire group run by PrivacyMatters1-2-3. MyLife, SavingsAce, PrivacyMatters123 are all in the same scary group. If anyone knows of other associated companies, please post.
