Deduction in my Prepaid Account
This is to inform you that a minimum of SAR 3.50 is deducted from my prepaid account twice a week. I have no idea why is it occurring. Kindly take immediate action to stop such unnecessary charges which I believe is not part of the services that SAWA is providing me.
Looking forward that the above concern will be given utmost attention on an urgent basis.
