pure scam, beware!
This company - SCORESENSE - is a major scam! Beware and stay away!!
Their website and all services are based on stealing money from their so called customers. They simply do charges but never provide their services. It seems that all contact information is fake and it is impossible to contact them!

Misleading
I signed up for this site expecting there to be a price and was going to decide if i wanted to pay depending on how much it was. After the ONLY amount i saw was $1 I applied knowing that probably after a month it would go up or something like that. Never did I see anything else regarding prices and packages while I was signing up and applying. After searching the site for anything to tell me something, ANYTHING about pricing and payment and not finding a single thing, i googled the site to see if I could find anything. After stumbling upon this forum and reading the reviews I immediately called to cancel my membership. While the representative I spoke to was very nice and helpful... I was told I chose the "premium package". What the f? There was never a point in the whole signing up process that mentioned "different packages" or allowed me to choose a different package and no prices for each of these "packages" that apparently exist. I let the representative know when he asked why i was canceling how misleading their website is since it doesn't say anything about the $30 charge and especially how it doesn't inform you about "packages". I was offered a discounted rate of $12 for this "premium package" I apparently chose.. but why would I want that? I cancelled the membership and await the $30 charge that will more than likely not be refunded. Sneaky site. Don't do it unless you are okay with imaginary packages and not being aware of the charges for this service.

Unathorized Charges and poor customer service
I called ScoreSense at 4:30CST and I spoke to a customer service associate to let them know I am still being billed the 29.95 for a service that I ALREADY cancelled. She was very rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold and to no surprise the call dropped and when I called back they were closed. This is a SCAM!!!!! I WILL BE GETTING MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED AND FILING A LAW SUIT, WHO'S WITH ME!!

ScoreSense
You will get a refund. All you have to do is get the company to LISTEN to you. Your objective is to get them to cancel their contract and give you a refund. You do that by contacting the officers and directors of a company. Contact the Secretary of State and get the information disclosed on their filings with the state. Then attack and be creative. Call and write the customer service department and complain. Demand written responses. Keep asking for someone who can give you an answer to your complaint, a decision maker. This takes some effort, but the company will submit. You will create more paperwork and disruption than it is worth to them. When done, thank them for LISTENING.

Unauthorized Fees
ScoreSense.com is mis-leading people with their claim of free services. Do not give these people any of your private information, they us it to automatically charge you a monthly fee for services you did not request. I hope the Texas Attorney General's Office is investigating ScoreSense.com. This from a senior of 70. My credit card company is attempting to get ScoreSense to refund all fees charged to account

Scoresense
Scoresense offered a credit report for $1 which I used. After obtaining my credit/debit card for the $1, they kept on charging me $29.95 every month without my authorization. I never gave my consent and never received any documents from them. So, I did not get any services. This is a scam. DO NOT trust Scoresense.
I do not have an address for this company and when I complained I only got someone on the phone. So, how do I get their address? and the name of the manager/director?

Scoresense
I've been a member at scoresense for several months now. So far so good. I've been able to refresh my scores each months just as they say and have received several very important alerts that have really helped me out. So, no complaints from me. Plus it plainly states when enrolling that it is a seven day free trial and if you don't cancel before the trial ends you will be billed $29.95. Seems very legit to me. I've got my scores and alerts...I'm happy

unauthorized charge
Literally my situation is identical to ALL the others, requested a free credit report ( which was a 1.00) and was charged 29 dollars for their service. I think I am going to contact some local news papers or even tv station, I have looked at several review websites and they all have hundreds ( yes hundreds) of the same scam on score sense, I'm not sure if anyone has actually intentionally paid for this service.

SCAM
They have been charging our account $40 here and there, finally over $150 this month and we NEVER SIGNED UP OR EVEN HEARD OF THEM. They somehow got our debit card info and have been hacking us. BEWARE! When my husband called their comany to find out who they were and how they got our info, he got only automated response saying that option is unavailable no matter what number option he pressed. It is a scam!

Fraud
I paid the $1 for this and I thought I had until the end of the 7th day to cancel but no it was 11:59am and they billed my account immediately so I called them for the person to tell me that they could extend for 30 days free and I could cancel before 11:59am on April 16 so I signed up on Feb. 9th so he is telling me I paid 39.95 not for March but for the period of the 9-28 of February which isn't even a full month and I asked why he said because of everything they offer. These people should be reported to Better Business Bureau most places give you a chance to cancel at least up until midnight of the day you signed up so they got my 39.95 but they will never get another penny from me. Scam artist. Whatever you do don't do this. I wanted to just check my score because I want to try and clean up my credit. Now these jerks take 39.95 from me. Lesson learned.

Beware Credit Karma
Beware of "Credit Karma" the free credit report service. They have a link somewhere which releases your bank information to Plains Jeep & Dodge auto and the charge you a $1.00 for a seven days trial and I assume they will charge more if you do not call them within seven days to cancel. Check your account for the followiong "Otl*scoresense.com".
