Rebate
i have not receive my rebate for tires purchase in november $165.00 for dunlop tires i purchase at sears auto center in new brunswick new jersey

Told purchases had rebate but didn't
I live in IL and purchased a washer, dryer and freezer in IA. They were delivered to my home in IL. I work in IA thus the reason for purchasing in IA. As the salesperson told me about the various options, when she explained about certain washers & dryers having rebates, I was interested. The Kenmore's that I selected, I was told did have the rebates and that she'd give me the forms when I checked out. So due to the rebates, I decided to also purchase a stand-up freezer. I was counting on those rebates to offset the freezer cost. After taking all my delivery information, the gal gave me the forms to fill out for the rebates. I filled out the 3 forms including the model & serial numbers and the sales receipts, mailing them within a couple days. It was returned to me in a week with a form saying MidAmerican didn't have any rebates for IL. I'm sure you can understand why I'm pretty unhappy about the situation. I wouldn't have purchased all 3 had I not been told there were rebates. The purchase was made 3/13/13 at the Northpark Mall in Davenport, IA. My customer # is #24900-62010. Money is important to all of us. And I would certainly think that if the rebates didn't apply to me, who lived in IL I should have been told that. She took all my delivery information, so she was totally aware I lived in IL but she still gave me the forms to fill out and send in. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Susan
