WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I spent a lot of money on a bridesmaid dress that I won’t be able to wear due to the irresponsibility exhibited by Season Mall. I ordered a dress from Season Mall that was shipped in the wrong color and the wrong fabric. In trying to resolve this issue, I immediately found that communication was difficult – at times non-existent. The Season Mall website included instructions for customers who did not receive the correct item. I was instructed to contact them by phone, which was impossible as they do not list a number. I resorted to an email even though timing was becoming limited to fix the mistake. When I emailed Season Mall regarding my need to return the dress, I did not receive a response within 24 hours as guaranteed on their website. At times, I received no response at all. Season Mall eventually emailed me, days after my initial email and only after I contacted PayPal, stating that they would refund my money, but have yet to do so. ORDERING FROM THIS SITE WAS A MISTAKE.

Ladies, I had myself doubting the dress i have! I searched and season mall’s website came up, and i was seriously considering ordering a new dress and selling my Alfred Angelo! (i bought it from a friend and was not certain it was something I would have chosen myself)

I had the same experience with them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am a law student and from what little I know so far, this company in China is definitely not following American law. This company is definitely not following its posted policy on the internet. I had 3 days to return the dress, which I did. I sent multiple pictures of the dress to them, at their request (they would not allow me to return it without doing so) and I even took a picture of my own waist measured. If the dress was made correctly, it would have fit, but it was 3 inches too small. After complying with all their crazy demands, I then returned the dress and told them I wanted a refund. I also told them that I did not want the dress returned for any reason in two separate emails. After I finally heard that I would get my refund, which I still have not received, I got the dress back in the mail! Imagine my shock. Well, without opening it, I returned the package to sender. Needless to say, I am still writing multiple emails to argue my case. THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

omg this is terrible! i just bought two dresses there. but right after, i realized that seasonmall seemed so weird. i've sent them at least fifteen emails saying i want to cancel my orders but they haven't emailed back. are they ever going to cancel the orders? or do they just scam you?

I got my dress in today after waiting about 30 day! I'm pretty pissed...I don't even think its the same dress  or design and it's certainly not the same color I asked for either...I expect something to be done about this!!!

I have a good experience from Peridress. The dress arrived in time. The dress fit me perfectly, and it almost same as the picture. I will purchase more dresses from Peridress in the future.

i recently received my prom dress from here and it is nothing like i expected it looks like a cheap version of the picture n they obviously used different materials than the real thing(beads instead of jewels) and it is big at the top and small at the bottom so it will not zip! it is horrible and now i have very little tI'me to find another one in stores and I'm very skeptical about ordering from another website.!! i would never recommend this place!! its a total rip off

I just went through something very similar to everyone's situation on here at Christmas time. I ordered some DVD's online as a gift because they were such a great price and I placed the order 28 days before christmas, needless to say I finally recieved them in late January. I tried tracking the order which didn't work because it wasn't a legit tracking website, then tried to email, no legit email, no legit phone number! Finally, went to my bank and disputed the purchase at the end of December, because their website had said that if I didn't recieve the package by 21 days to contact them, yeah right! It was 30 days later when I disputed it and thank god my bank is amazing because I got all my money back the next day. So when my daughter told me about this site and I saw all these dresses by other designers I was definately wary. I knew it was a bullshit site as soon as I saw the prices, because if you go on the real designer dress sites these dresses are actually hundreds of dollars more than what this bullshit site is advertising! So thank you ladies for complaining, even though you got screwed in the process. I hope this site gets shut down soon so no-one else has to go through this.

P.S. The place that my DVD's came from was in China as well! And I didn't find that out until I tried to track my order and it said it was in the peoples republic of china! WTF!

Cheap knock-offs

I am a dress designer/dressmaker in salem oregon . I work for a bridal shop and do all of the alterations for the shop. Recently two customers came in to have dresses altered/corrected that were ordered from SeasonMall. The dresses didn't fit and they had defective workmanship. The hems were uneven and one dress had the chiffon and satin sewn together at the hips causing the dress not to fit at the hips area. It was impossible to correct this because the seams were cut all the way to the sewing line at the allowance. The bodices did not fit even though my clients provided SeasonMall with the correct measurements!
There were many major alterations that I did on these two dresses trying to correct uneven hems and ill-fitting bodices and ill-fitting hip areas. The total price on these alterations came to over $300.00 due to having to make over some of the areas of the dress.
I E-mailed Seasonmall a week ago twice about the problems but have received no response from them! I will warn all of my clients at the bridal shop about this company. They are reluctant to resolve any of our complaints. Please warn other prospective customers. Rayne Hamilton March30, 2012

Not Received on Time

My daughters formal is TOMORROW and her dress still isn't here!!!!!! I have emailed repeatedly and haven't received a response! Early into the order I would get answers but now that the dress is overdue for delivery I can't get any answers from you. I intended to use your site in the future and have even referred people to it which I will REMEDY real quick when I make sure they know NOT to order from your site. Unfortunately I didn't read all the bad reviews until now that we've been begging for delivery of the dress; and the responses to the complaints that you resolve the problems and/or return communication is completely FALSE. I wish you were held responsible for ruining the special events that you ruin by not meeting the service you claim to offer! By the sounds of it, even when it does arrive it isn't going to be a pathetic version of what the picture shown was anyway!!!

Everything

The dress was delivered late. When I received my dress and opened it, I was sincerely not happy with my dress. There were threads that weren't suppose to be at places, didn't sew on the rhinestones and part of my dress on right, didn't have ENOUGH rhinestones on my bottom part of my dress. The rhinestones looks weird with the type of material they sewed it with onto the dress. They did a very poor job on making and sewing my dress together. The waist part sticks out a weird way, i don't know what that part is doing but it is wrong. The designs on my dress doesn't look like it is suppose to look on the picture displayed on the site of my dress. It is just ridiculous. The online chat for customer service is bad too. I asked questions and they would only answer one question or try to ignore it and change the subject and they have bad English. I am truly, very upset and NOT pleased with my dress.

Ugly dress

The dress was deliver late they told me no later then the 21 I got it the 22.. When I open the bag & took my dress out i was shock on how heavy that dress was omg it looked horrible just like lots of fabric sewed together it had no shape at all.. I really wanted to cry I had only 4 days left to find another dress cuz really I was not going to wear that ugly dress. It didn't look like the one in the web.. I am a very unhappy customer I had a bad experience & will not buy again from this website. And I don not recommend this website to anyone. I want my refund back I don't care if I have to pay shipping..

Not received on time

My dress was delivered late they had told me I would receive my dress no later then 7/21/13 I got it on the 7/22/13. When I opened the package and saw my dress I was very dissapointed it did not meet my expectation. Look very different from the picture on the website. It looked very unprofessional just a bunch of fabric sewed together looked like a drape wrapped around my body. I wanted to cry I had to go buy another dress cuz I wasn't going to wear that ugly dress. I want my refund back and I don't care if I have to pay shipping.. And I do not recommend this web site to anyone. I'm a very unhappy customer :(

Not received on time

My dress was not delivered on time they told me I was going to received it no later then 7/21/13 but I did not received it till 7/22/13. We accept the returns if you are not happy with the dresses and all of our customers can contact us within 7 days after receiving. We are at your service for 24 hours. During the prom peak season, some dresses are delayed, each order was compensated with free gift or refund of rush fee. It is our fault and we do apologize here again.
