poor service and poor product
This is the worst company ever! The worst product and the worst service! I purchased seat cover from them and it was installed poorly and after i claimed for a warranty repair they refused me without a reason. All what I can conclude is that this company doesn't stand on what they are doing!

Do Not Buy - SEATCOVERUNLIMITED.com
Do Not Buy From…..Absolutely, terrible customer service…Talked to Tony the manager and he was rude and did not want to listen to my concerns and dislikes about my recent purchase of a set of Saddleblanket seat covers for a 2013 Toyota Camry. He was more interested in telling me I was mad that I could not get them on the seats and that they had been shipped on time (I did not even care about the shipping time – he was trying to distract me from the issues I was having with the seat covers). These were to be custom made –what a bunch of strings that hopefully would hold the seat cover in place tight…Let alone the slits with Velcro over the seat air bags…..NOT EVEN A POOR RATING FOR THEM (BOTTOM OF THE BARREL)—CHEAP CUSTOM SEAT COVERS—TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY FROM…SPEND MORE MONEY AND BUY QUALITY PRODUCTS SOMEWHERE ELSE…Hopefully this will help someone from making the mistake of buying from this company and getting burnt like I did…..

Substandard product and rude customer servide
If you're expecting to get a quality product backed by American customer service go elsewhere. For my front seats, I ordered the front/back covers with head rest covers. I had to send one cover back for repairs, and there weren't enough of the black ties to secure the seat covers. The instructions have NO diagrams. The second order was a disaster. It was for the back of my Ford F150 and was supposed to have a polyester back (which is not possible with this model). It can without a back but without enough ties. When I called the customer service number, I ended up getting into a shouting match with the general manager Tony, who is a total jerk. The thing is, though, all the persons I've spoken with have been borderline indifferent if not rude. Also, be careful with this company because there is one website but two company locations (Seat Covers Unlimited in Arizona and Seat Covers Plus in Utah). So, if you don't order all at the same time, it may be mad and shipped from different locations. The second set of covers were horribly made with bulky material at the corners and the eyelets for the strings were really small. Again, not enough strings. It's really an inferior product and the method of securing the seats to the car is cheap and rudimentary. I did some research on this company when I ordered and read some negative comments. I really think the positive comments on the website are fake. On the BBB site, this company has had complaints and isn't a current member. You'll do better using another vendor or just going to Amazon. I regret getting involved with these liars and cheats.

Letherette covers are terribe and a waste of money
I purchased a set of leatherette custom made seat covers for my 55 Oldsmobile. The material used seems to be of high quality. However, the craftsmanship was absolutely terrible. I could have done better myself with my own sewing machine. First they say these covers will cover your seat, including the back, etc. They don't cover the back of your front seat and there is a gap at each end of the front bench seat. They are about 12 inches short in the back. The bench seat came in three pieces, the back seat in two pieces. I purchased a silver/black color scheme. The different color materials was offset about 3 inches from the seat backs compared to the seat bottoms so the color lines don't even match up and neither do the sewn lines. Plus a very gimmicky and piss poor secure system to tie them up.
Lastly, these covers are not a custom fit, they are a universal fit at best. very sloppy with excess material, wrinkles, rolls, sloppy fitment, just terrible. I finished up my car interior over the winter, unfortunatley, I purchased these last fall so I guess I am stuck with this crap! Wish I had gone to the good will and gotten an old quilt, it would have fit better!
I would never buy anything from Seat Covers Unlimited again!

Terrible company
Don't use these guys I ordered seat covers for my make model and year of my truck snd they don't fit. When I call Tony said well that is what you ordered. That's right that is what I ordered its but it doesn't fit the seats. They won't except a return and wanted me to pay 60 dollars more for another top. Why would I spend 60 dollars more for another top when the one I order the first time was for my truck and it doesn't fit. they send you the wrong fit then tell you tough it's what you ordered. Terrible company,!,

Duty is extra in Canada
I purchased a set of seat covers .Every time I,ve dealt with a company from the US the duty is precaculated and included in the shipping cost, However this company does not.The lady I talked to was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain to her my concerns. She oviousley was not willing to listen to me. The covers did not come to my house like, instead I had to drive to the post office to pick them up. The duty cost on top of the shipping cost was $54.21. To date, this is my worst online shopping experience ! NEVER AGAIN will I deal with this company !
