Fraudulent

This airline justfly.com is a big fraudster.I have never come across any airline except justfly that leaves the counter for checking in one hour before the checking in exercise is over, this happened right at BWI airport in Maryland on the 19th of June 2016.when the customer service for Air Canada was contacted, the response was SORRY THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. Just like that? There was no alternative arrangements for my missed trip and no refund was made for my ticket and it looks good to Justfly.com.I will never in my life have any business with justfly and neither will I recommend it to any one.
