phone harrassment

I have opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC These people are calling all hours of the day and night for the purpose of harassment. My next step is going to be the police since I have listing of their calls and times and this is harassment. I would not let them work on an outside John or Latrine. And their packs that go in the toilet for the septic DO NOT WORK
