This company sucks

this company sucks and the sad thing about it, I don't understand why their the only company that's out here for the prison system and jail, we have been getting calls from my son and have spent nearly $100.00 in the last week, the calls continously get dropped or it says no third party calls and their the third party call thats coming in cutting people off. Its b.s. and I know darn well the governors and all that are aware of this bogus entity, but of course their getting a portion too, so the best way to skin a snake is cut it off at the head the best thing to do is stop accepting calls and writing with a 49 cent stamp has always been cheaper than a phone call and you can get alot more said and more responses, for the price of the phone call, but you have my vote as fair as filing a compliant, I wonder what their going to do when they have to repay back all the money they've stolen from people?????
