Customer Service Fail
Ordered and received 5 different style shirts, all the same size, from this company. One of the shirts was considerably smaller than all of the others. Not just a tiny bit that could be caused by a different style, but inches smaller in width, length and shoulder seam. Emailed customer service asking for a pre-paid return label as this item was clearly either mislabeled or a worn, shrunken return. Could not even be bothered to respond to me. I know the company received my request because I got the standard " we have received your request and will respond shortly" reply. Had to return item at my own expense to receive refund for the incorrect item they sent me. I will not be shopping with them ever again and urge anyone reading this to use extreme caution. I have posted this review any where I could and included at more detailed review with pictures on my blog. The customer service for this company is sadly lacking. Ignoring your customers and hoping they will go away gets you just that.

No item, no refund, no response
I ordered an item in October. They charged me for it within minutes of placing the order. As of 12/22/16, I have received nothing. I have emailed them 3 times with no response nor refund. They essentially have stolen $60 from me. Never again!
