Received wrong order
I ordered a pair of UGGS boots on December 15, 2012 Order # 5803 Navy Baily Button size 8 . My account was billed on December 19, 2012 for $110.00, the amount of the order. The boots I received are not natural UGGS. They are indeed counterfeit and I want a credit to my account for the sum of $110.00. The boots I received will be shipped back after I receive a shipping label mailed to my address; 415 99th Street, Brooklyn, New York 11209, so you can pick up the cost. The order was shipped by EMS / POSTAL.

internet fraud
I received obvious counterfeit UGG boots. I have e-mailed several times and received a reply from "Angela." She has said that I should try to resell the boots because to return them would be expensive and there is a 50% restocking fee. She has yet to give me the address. SInce this has been going on for weeks I will now take the steps that I kew that I had to take to begin with. Have reported them to Decker, Inc. (who has shut down many domain names) and have reported them the international fraud unit of the Department of Commerce. I have also begun posting on every site possible to ward others. I am certain that I will never receive my money back but I am not the type to let this rest.

bad christian louboutin shoes
I bought Christian Louboutin Red Satin Shoes for my daughter for her wedding in August, size 38 euro. I didn"t know they were coming from China, they never indicated that. Meanwhile, they were so small my daughter couldn"t even get her foot in them!!! So I emailed them telling them I didn"t want my money back, I just wanted to exchange them for a different type of shoe for my wife, They were the same price.However after 3 weeks of emailing they still won"t send me their address. Now I find out that their company has so many complaints and I am one of them !!!!! I guess I"m out $165.I feel like going to the Chinese Embassy and put in a complaint, but I guess that won"t help to much so I just have to be out $165. A hard way to learn.

purchase supra tk society red patent leather sneakers for 65.34. When i did received the order the were the wrong sneakers (dark red in suede) and the wrong size order 9 1/2 received 8 1/2. Order online thru pay-pay, I thought they would be more aware of fraudulent account and would warn you of fraudulent accounts. I can't return them or ask for an exchange because there is on address on the label and no other information to contact the vendor.
