Did not deliver meds!
We also ordered cat food from these people to be sent from them in NSW to VIC. I ordered food from dstore.com and Sharlee stock foods on the same day - 16th of Dec (Friday) 2011, dstores arrived from QLD within 2 days (18th). On the 19th Sharlee/Greg sent me an email "we will send your order within 3 business days". However they didn't send me a confirmation the products were sent until we called them on the 22nd. Which is way over their "3 business days". I don't have a tracking number either. So, we waited until Christmas was over, gave them 4 days this week to deliver (that's about 7 more business days since xmas). So now my wife calls them, they say they can't operate the computer until greg gets back LOL to find out about our order. I saw your post here and got the wife to call them again and she mentioned the site, they hang up on her. Then called her back and told her they have never scammed anyone, then hung up on her again. So now it's been at least 11 clear business days and I have no product. I am contacting Fair Trading NSW today. I found their ABN on ABNlookup - 76 130 640 244

Just an update to the above.
Greg was helpful, promised to send out another package, but we told him to wait a couple of days in case it arrives... as he said he definitely sent it on 19th. So A++ for Greg :~)
The parcel arrived today (1 day after the previous post, about 12 business days after we ordered).
It appears imho, because it wasn't signed for or eparcel that Australia post have delayed it due to the volume of parcels (or my local postal contractor just cbf delivering it).

sharlee stockfeeds & pet supplies
I ordered comfortis, a flea and tick medication, from sharlee on 1/19/2012 and as of 2/21/2012 have not received it nor have I been able to contact the company. I did receive a confirmation that my order was processed and credit card was debited within 24 hrs, but nothing since. Repeated attempts to reach them have not been unsuccessful, I have been emailing [email protected]. I do not know if this is a scam but at the very least their service is absolutely the worst. I will continue my efforts to obtain the product or get a refund from the company that processed my payment.

This is my second order. The first had to be sent twice, according to Greg, now this order is supposed to be sent once again.
This company on has 3 people working there. I don't think they send out orders until you keep complaining.
Will not be ordering again, as have not received second order and its going on two months.
Too bad, they had good prices, but you know what they say, if it sounds to good to be true.............................

The same thing has happened to me with Sharlee Stockfeeds. I ordered and paid but never received my goods. My subsequent emails not always replied to, and when they were I was given excuses such as they were out of stock. After several more emails, Greg said he would refund my money, but never has. I finally sent a harsh email threatening to contact consumer affairs and spread the bad word about him, but have had no reply,

no product - no promised refund - no answers to email. Post bad reviews on their website. Your account and review will be deleted, but keep re-posting bad reviews. It annoys them.....Report to ACCC in Australia and Dept of Fair Trading. If you can find the host of their website, then complain to them, as Sharlee is in violation of their service agreement and they could be shut down. Complain everywhere you can. The more people that see bad reviews, the less money they will steal.

I am also now waiting for a refund because $174 worth of cat food was never delivered to me, ordered online two weeks ago. This is definitely a scam, they never answer the phone or emails. Watch out. I am complaining to Fair Trading also is my money is not in by tomorrow and I am going to contact the current affairs shows. I am also being advised on legal action due to the distress this has caused in my life. And the wasted time trying to get contact.

Sharlee Stockfeeds is a scam. My order dates back to 27 Feb 2012. Still no dog food. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and also NSW Fair Trading. Basically ACCC dont want to know about it. The claim the company is legit because it is registered...huh??? NSW Fair Trading have contacted Greg who claimed he refunded my money last week (back to his own account more like it) and they wont do anything further unless they receive numerous complaints from consumers within a one month period...again huh?? I bombard his website daily full of negative reviews, he is just as quick to remove them. If only he put the same amount of effort into being an honest citizen. Anyway I have created an email account [email protected]. Please feel free to contact me, hopefully if we ban together we can shut this ganster down. Anyone have any ideas (I have plenty but I will be thrown in jail if I carry them out)

Order not received after almost 3 months!!!
I placed an order and my credit card was charged 1/25/12 and as of today 4/20/12 I still have not received it!!! I wish I had seen all of the bad reviews before I wasted $80! I never would have ordered from them, and DEFINITELY NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!!!! This website is obviously a scam and all they do is take your money! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I will be complaining anywhere I can and trying to track down my order and money!!!

I got caught by these too! Let us get them shut down!
I can see “Sharlee.com.au” has been managed by “web city” domain and hosting provider, you can reach them by www.webcity.com.au
When you make contact with www.webcity.com.au you can also give the I.P address which is “116.0.23.237”
Sharlee.com.au has got ABN number which is “76130640244” and registrant name with “STRATTON GREGORY R”
You can call Australian Business Register, Taxation Office and ask for email address to complain against ABN number doing scamming.
There is a department in Australia called “Australian Competition and Consumer Commission” which can be contacted by https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/content/index.phtml/tag/reportascam/
