Sofa
It takes forever to get your purchase and the items are not as pictured at all. The material looks cheap and the chairs and dinette table appear normal on the Internet, but are like children, s seating in actuality . I wish that I had seen these reviews before I placed my order.

Don't fall for their scam. i am out $1900 and after 9 weeks can not even get status of my order. I ordered patio chairs on 8/24/2012 and they charged my account for $622 I contacted them the next day and asked to cancel the order. They cancelled my order, but told me there is a 20% restocking fee and they only offered a "store credit" for $482. After disputing this for several days unsuccessfully, and not wanting to lose any more of my money, I decided to order 4 lounge chairs for an additional $1,381 on 8/31/2012. Their website said it would ship within 5 to 6 weeks. It has been 9 weeks, and I have inquired at least 8 times either via the phone, via email, and on their live chat without receiving any information. The live person I spoke to was rude and told be he had no visibility of the status of my order and I would have to wait until 5-6 weeks. Their 24-hr live phone and chat advertised on their website is very rarely "manned". Therefore I left multiple messages with no response. I wrote to their email address several times with no response. After leaving a very terse message, they responded and said they would have to check with the manufacturer on status (after 8 weeks). I've never received a response. I finally got a live chat rep tonight who said there was no record of me ever inquiring about my order and she would have to report it to her manager. When I tried to chat my response back, they turned off their 24 hr. chat service."

Refund on order #6699
I have requested a complete refund on my express order#6699 due to fact this sofa was already sold and is no longer available (PER YOUR OWN SALES TEAM). I have spoke to several different people as well as e-mailed management office on 2 different occassions to refund my money.
I will need to contact the Better Business Bureau if this remains to be unresolved.
