stay away from this company! Waste of money!
So not use Shipito services! This company is just a scam! I used their shipping services once and I just wasted my money and lost item which I was going to ship. I contacted this company many ties for a refund but I never received any customer service from them. Be careful and better stay away!

SHIPITO.COM is a scam
Shipito.com is a mail, package, or parcel forwarder in your US address; and this is how they work- at first, they allow you to shop from the US, then they will receive the package. Finally, they will forward the package to you. In addition, they will give you a unique address. To sum up, shipito.com is a mail forwarder to your US address. On shipito.com you will see an ongoing auction of various products for its visitors. Overall, shipito.com is a nice and convenient service for mail forwarding. But in reality, shipito.com is far away from this. They tell something and do something else. Once I signed up for their service, and I got scammed. Keep reading to know how this company cheated me.
-my account was verifier until i add mony to my shipito acount so they hold it i hade to apen a disput against them in paypal to get back my money
-my account was verified 70% and sent 2 id real id and signed form of the account paypal holder
-my package was ready to shipe but they fond a reason to charger me again for moving an item from my package an item , an item that all seller shipped to my contry
- i sent them my signed and stump FORM 1583 by mail but tehy still complaining about not reciving it
-they dont want to send back my item to the seller
-they dont want to shipping my item ( paypal have a strict policy ) this paypal is verified by paypal
when i started complain and posting my problem in the forum they deleteted my account
i now they are nor answering to my email some friends on the forum told me that they starting
selling my goods that they stole from me two month ago in they auction page
I totally understood shipito.com is a scam website, and shipito has no effort or experience when it comes to mail forwarding. When someone signups with them, they could show any kind of random cause as a reason for not delivering mail. I believe providing them with more Ids is not a good idea; as this company is a scam, you might face identity theft. This company is ready to let it customers go away only for $50, so you can’t be relieved by giving them your sensible information. Alike mine, you may find similar complaints on the internet, mine is just another entry into shipito’s victim list.

Scammed
I attempted to use Shipito.com as a go between Smile Direct and Canada.
It was a nightmare.
After a month of efforts, including: emailing them photo id, emailing them the proof of shipment (including the tracking number), phone calls and help forms, I ended up not being able to retrieve my package as it was free of charge and I had no purchase receipt. (They actually requested a copy of my bank statement.)
So disappointed in this service - be warned.
