No Promised Refund Given and Disappeared
Actually, it's an illegal action to make this ridiculous comment. No one knows the detail but just see what you said. We tried our best to negotiate but failed due to the customer want both the money and the products she received. We sent two same products to her, one is free for compensation. However, she wanted our refund but kept our products. According to our return policy, we won't do any refund unless we received the item. In addition, she also threaten us by telling us if we won't refund her, she would spread bad reputation any where. The whole story was not simple. But I have to say, if you're the seller DO NEVER sell any item to her because you'll lose everything she bought from you!!!

This is totally false, I have never asked for a refund of the products but the cost to get them altered as per the customer service guarantee as advertised on the web page. To clarify the whole situation I will be publishing the whole story with over 90 emails and dozens of photos as proof between SHOPINDREAM and myself where the whole truth can be understood. I will publicise the link to my blog here aswell as soon as my lawyer gives me the all clear. Thieves like SHOPINDREAM will not get away with there false promises and have clients paying double for the item they bought. It cost me nearly $500 USD for the items and then another $426 USD to get them corrected and SHOPINDREAM promised to refund me this alteration cost and they never have.

Dress was fab. Really well made
I was delighted when the dress arrived. Everything and more than I expected and all in the time that was specified. The workmanship is excellent and certainly great value. I have been recommending Light in a Box to all my friends and will be buying again!!!!!

My dress from shopindram is gorgeous. The quality of the fabric was rich and the color was exceptional. I received many compliments and it felt great to know that no one else had this dress.
I have just ordered this dress, really looking forward to receiving it!!! I hope it's as beautiful as the photos, would love to see any photos from people who have bought it already.
the dress is not bad, but not great.

I loved my dress
I loved my dress from shopindream! it was just perfect. It isnt as full as it looks in the picture but i got a petticoat to go under it and made me feel like a princess! LOVE LOVE LOVED it! =)

recommend ordering from shopindream
I was sceptical to say the least when ordering from China, but I must say how pleasantly surprised I was when I received my order last week. The dresses I ordered were made to a high standard and were fully lined. The colour was exactly as specified and the fit was perfect. The only thing that the website does not make clear is the duty you have to pay when the items are imported, but I was aware of this from reading other reviews. I would recommend ordering from shopindream.

very nice bridesmaid dress
I was very weary about buying a wedding dress online, but after buying a very nice bridesmaid dress as my 'test' item, and it was so good, I decided to give it a try. This dress is exactly as the pictures look. Its so well made, its boned, lined, thick, has a built in bra and is beautiful. I love it! Thank you shopindream!
