bad pharmacy service

We have been with Shopper's drug Mart in Tilbury Ontario for many years. The service with the pharmacy was never that great but seems like it's getting worse.
Many times we had to make extra trips to the store because of missing prescriptions or not done the way we asked like cutting a pill in 1/2 ..
When I call to renew a prescription I do not use the automated feature anymore. Too many mistakes are being made. We are not happy with the service.
I have been sick for the past year and a half. I am now on dialysis. I do Hemo dialysis at home with the help of my husband.
Most of the burden is on him. He has to take trips to the drug store often for me and himself.
We don't need extra frustration because of bad management at this pharmacy.
I don't like to complain but this happening way too often.
I am thinking about having delivery to my house from now on. This way, I can check the prescriptions. If it's wrong it goes back.
