Unauthorised payments from my account
we went to a atm to find our last ten pounds had bin taken out, after looking into it we found shoppers discount had taken it.we had not join this scheme but after contact with them they said we joined when we made a purchase off m and m direct we did not.they are now paying back twenty pounds they took.
