Hello,

Some days ago I went to shoppers drug marts somewhere in North York and was checking a tester moisturizing cream when one of the staff asked me if I needed any help.I mentioned what I was looking for and meanwhile, I put the cream which I had on my finger tip on my forehead. She told me (in a voice and manner which I didn't find respectful) that I would have no benefit by putting a tester on my face and expecting results!
Let alone with insufficiency of information she had about the products and other discussions (not that pleasant), anyways I left the shop and I will not buy a cosmetic product from that branch, never ever.
