Non-delivery of refill gas cylinder
I Think IOCL has not aware of her Bitchy Behaviour and given agency on GRACE, I Don't know how IOCL has given her such Gas Agency, There is no timing of her office when they will open, rude behaviour by her and their staff, non lifting of Phones calls, after booking their is no delivery of gas booking. We must file written complaint in IOCL against her, IOCL FIELD SALES OFFICER PHONE NUMBER IS: 9431012913, We must recommend to cancel her agency.

poor delivery service
very poor service,delivery timing is worst....i faced this prblm almost every month.....and staffs behavior is very rude specialy that arrogant lady.....after bookin there is no delivery of gas....iocl should cancel her agency....and m going to cancel her connectn very soon.......

late delivary
Ye sala chutia gas agency hai. Isko saale ko gali dete dete public thak gaya lakin ye apna delivari time me late karta hi hai. Jab tak 50 bar phone nahi kariye tab tak ye deta nahi hai. Issse lska licence kyo nahi chhina jata hai.
