Bad! For Justfly, Customer service is a joke.

Mostly I book my ticket from justfly as it offers the good deals. Once I called them to ask if I will get a refund if i cancel my reservation but the representative who answered my call said he can't provide refund and when i asked the reason then he was so rude to me and he didn't even answered my question; all he said was well that's what justfly's policy is and if you are not happy then i can't do anything else, however you can get your ticket from somewhere else and he hung up the call. Such a bad and inappropriate experience. Never going to book my ticket from justfly ever again!
