I can not find any reviews on this Company selling skin bleaching products so I am creating one. DISAPPOINTED

I purchased this skin bleaching product and have been using it for 2 weeks, 4 times per day on my cheeks and nothing, absolutely nothing I ordered the 20%, 4 oz which cost $115.93 with shipping and tax. I am on a fixed income and I had to save up the money to place the order.
I have used a 4% hydroquionone cream in the past and it started to work within 3-4 days. There isn't even a sign that this lotion is going to work. If you could send me a booster to add to this lotion maybe that would help or refund me my money. Thanks for your attention in this matter.
