trying to collect a debt I don't have
This collection company sent me a mail regarding some $39 dollars I owe to Weldon Owen Publishing which I never heard of. They said I owe for some book. I never heard of that book as well. This is a scam, stay away from them!

I am not the person they are looking for.
A year ago I got a new phone number, 480-659-9269. The person who had it before me was named Dina, and from all the calls I received for her were from companies she owed money to. I AM NOT THAT PERSON. I phoned SKO Brenner and informed them of this. They ignored my complaint. I then emailed Stu Brenner regarding the fact that I am not the person they are looking for. Nothing in return. I filed a complaint with the FTC, the BBB of New York, I have sent a fax stating a cease and desist demand, same as with all other correspondence I have sent to them, with no response whatsoever. I can give you exact dates and times of calls, up to 4 times in succession , 5 days a week. I have call blocking which I use for them, on the advise of Cox Communications, the provider of my phone service. My last call was again to the FTC and they advised me to send a registered letter with receipt signature required. I am doing this, and I will also send letter to Attorney General Office in Phoenix, AZ and New York. They have a F rating with the BBB in New York. I am wondering if there is a class actions suit going to which I would like to join. All I want is for them to stop calling me, as I am not the person they are looking for. On all my correspondence I state a cease and desist demand. I also state verification of who I am. I DO NOT OWE ANY MONIES TO ANY ONE.

Wanted to get money out of me
Recently I have received a letter in which some company stated that I owe $1000 as a debt. I called the provided number, and when a man picked it up and heard me asking questions about them, he got very angry and almost yelled at me. I never found out who they are, but I am going to file a police case if they will ever call me again.
