Unblock my account

My skout account ([email protected]) got blocked unfairly & without any logic after chatting with a wired psycho girl who could not take my simple jokes & proudly report me. I really don't believe simply a user can block unreasonably & there is nobody in back office to investigate & judge for correction. I send a request to support but they just confirmed receiving request & then no feedback.
Honestly I was at the beginning of enjoying skout & my contact were so important for me...
Please do me a favor & activate my account, meanwhile accept my apology if I did anything wrong unknowingly .
