Filing false reports

The above picture was rated as a toe nail connection as per SKYETEC Where is the toe nail ? When I questioned them on this, their comment was in our opinion this connection is a toe nail. Funny on the the state requirement form there is not a mark for opinions. T his clearly should have been marked other connection, on state form. How many people are they ripping off in south Florida with their opinion reports, my issues are easily repairable and I will qualify for insurance credits.
