can't refund my $250 deposit, scam company, liars

be careful dealing with this company, pay extra attention to everything and don't make my mistake!
They offered me 20 Hour overnight ride & camp and I agreed and even paid them $250 deposit but they didn't give me any contract to sign and it was my first mistake. Then two days before my vacation they called and canceled our deal without proper explain. And now I can't get my deposit back from them.
