Couldn't agree more.
First, they provided a burmese maid to us with little prior, or in fact no, training. After some time when we realised she wouldn't do because she kept bungling up, we asked for a new one, which they did agree to, they told us to wait. We waited, waited and waited. And while we were overseas in Hong Kong, they suddenly demanded for us to collect the new maid (and send back the previous one who was at home with my sons) immediately or charge us a sum! How RIDICULOUS!
The new one was as bad and we found out in time to come. On 3 occasions, she'd suddenly throw missy fits and tell us she wants to return to Myanmar, after which we would contact the agent and let them talk. AND the agent would repeatedly tell us the maid didn't say anything about wanting to return. The agent accused us of lying. Preposterous. My wife has back problems and we actually told the maid not to pull stunts like these since we needed her to take care of an elderly as well.
The drama ensued and we decided to send her back to the agency. Guess what? The agents didn't give a hoot about us - just took her back and processed her case. No mentions of providing new domestic helpers, no mentions of review of the case - the maid was obviously lying through and through. Maid even said for the first time to the agent that she was having leg pains when we'd hardly send her out to buy anything since she has a terrible sense of direction.
IN CONCLUSION, POOR SERVICE, LOUSY UNTRAINED HELPERS.

Bad Service
We are very disappointed with SLF Green, cause we've paid everything and eagerly waiting for our new maid to arrived ( they've confirmed it to me, so that i let my current maid go back to indonesia as her contract is finished) but suddenly they told us she lost her passport and then they push for transfer maid, Myanmarese which according to them she is hardworking and only problem is her english is not good. But soon after using her 10 days later.. we realized that actually she is not honest and cause many trouble! we return the maid to the agency and again have to wait for another 3 weeks to get new maid which passport is ready to come to Singapore! The agency couldn't confirm the date and everything.! meanwhile we have paid fully agent fee, maid's loan in advance and lot of ++ fee at the end cause you change the maid... which the fault is not cause by us!
Never ever again go to SLF!! not professional, bad service and not cheap at all at the end.. wasting more money and your time dealing with them!

Beware of SLF Green Maid agency hougang branch! Told us my maid want to go back to hometown, asked us buy air ticket over the phone. Then when went there next day, told us never said so and insist we give the maid a transfer. Already suspected so, as the day before, emailed us a letter but ticked at "transfer" box instead of "cancel" and we called to verify and ask her to send another for cancel, she said ok but never sent......
In any dealings with anyone from this agency for existing client, pls remember to get black and white from them, sms or email. They like to lie from the first day we engaged them. Lied that the Myanmar maid knows how to speck English when we already told them a must as no elderly at home to monitor the maid and need to communicate with my young children of 7 & 9. But, came a maid who not only can't speak also don't understand English at all..... Then when I told them to take back for training as we cant communicate with her, they said they dun provide training.....
As for people who havent engage their services, pls do your homework before doing so and you will see the light.

LISTEN HERE!!! LISTEN GOOD!!! NEVER EVER STEP INTO A SLF GREEN MAID AGENCY BRANCH or their sister company EP-ONE MANPOWER / EMPLOYERS PTE LTD. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CHEATS, LIARS AND UNETHICAL in providing maids to unsuspecting new maid hirers. Once you paid, you will REGRET because their Bio-Data ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! They take your monies knowing what type of maid you choose and wayang you to believe that they are not responsible...They are a IRRESPONSIBLE BUNCH OF IMBECILES...MR YEO, SHARON. MELINDA ETC... FROM ALL OVER SINGAPORE ... DON'T EVER EVER GET A MAID FROM THEM!!! Went to Ep1 manpower in Katong Mall 03-2013 on a friend recommendation and got a Myanmarese maid. Said can speak English, came not knowing basic English. MisCommunications always abound, hardworking enough but always over doing the housework and stubborn, not listening to instructions or ignoring instructions. 1yr on insisted on returning to agent. She gave a testimony lying that she told Madam many times her unhappiness but no action from Madam. Probably to blacken us so she got a white reason to transfer to another employer. (M M Zaw)
We agreed on a replacement and Ep1 send us some biodata which the girls are either underweight or overweight.
2nd an Unstable Princess and weak. Choose 1 and she came, English is 0 and always said she 'No Eat, Eat Little bit' and insists on calling her family back home, we said 1-2days later but she make such a ruckus we had to telephone ep1 for counseling, crying buckets of tears and mucus. Finally called family but she again cried buckets during and afterwards, wants to return to Myanmar. Last straw was refused instructions to do household chores said 'I No Cook'. Send her back to agency at 7pm, with all of us, incl my just discharged 70yr old mum going without dinner and had to called relative to come accompany mom or she be alone at home. She was with us only 2 weeks and we have to pay for her 1mth salary + insurance when she has not been finger-printed even. (E M Aung)

Extreme bad service, please avoid
I can only blame myself for not doing research prior to engaging SLF green. If only I have read the numerous complaints in this website!! I completely emphaize with all the grouses here as I am also a victim. We signed up a maid at Hougang Green branch with Edlyn Ngo, the Branch Manager. Initially, she was all smiles and appeared very reassuring. Subsequently when there were issues, I was appalled with her complete change. Firstly, she was extremely rude and tactless! When I requested to interview maid over the phone, she sacastically told me I can make a trip down to Myanmar to do so if I wish!!?? What kind of attitude is that? Secondly, when asked to watch her tone and volume one the phone (she was shouting!), she simply told me it was because I was using such a good phone that made her appear louder than she actually was??!!?? How ludicrous!! This is one shamless agent and lies and eventually uses another lie to cover up.This is also the 1st agent that I have dealt with that actually slammed down my phone. I was furious. Her behavior completely irks me!! Please do not patronise this agency if you do not wish for lies and bad services.
