Better run!
Do not deal with them. I really do not recommend them to anyone, as I have been fooled by these people. I have been robbed for more than $150. It is impossible to speak to their customer support. They are all very angry and do not answer your questions.

Smart Start Interlock
I agree, this Smart Start Interlock is a terrible company. THeir equipment never works and some of the staff that answers their phone are very rude. I have never blown positive into this, yet it has prevented me from driving numerous times because of faulty equipment. If I had to do overagin, I would stay away from this lousy company. Last time I called in because their equipment wasn't working, I was told to call another number. I called that number and they told me to call the first number i called. Plus if you get locked out on a weekend, too bad. They only work 8 to 5.

False positive after 2 starts in morning. Client has breakfast so no ketones. Absolutely no alcohol. Waited 5 hours for returned call from Smart Start.
How does one challenge a violation lock out?
