Horrible experience

As soon as I walked in with my husband and my son I felt really un welcomed never have I experienced such bad customer service not even one smile I felt when Daniel cut my hair that she really was not enjoying cutting my hair by how she was treating my hair she kept brushing very roughly and pulling on it so much and would not even apologize I felt like why did I decide to stay to cut my hair regretting it I still paid and gave them each a 5 dollar tip. I was very unhappy with how we were treated they were very rude especially Daniel who cut my hair I am used to good vibes a happy people but never again will I go to this hair salon to feel unwanted and all those bad vibes.
