Stylist refused to listen

How do I give this zero Stars ???
How do I get customer care to give me a refund my hair is not long enough for you to do anything else with...

A stylist from this salon was working at the Regis SmartStyle Salon at the Milton Walmart yesterday... The Stylist also works at the first choice on Kennedy Circle

I showed her a photo of me and how I wanted my hair... she reassured me she could do that... lots of layers no problem.

I told her I have a big event coming up in a month and will get it cut again before that

Instead she gave a woman in her 40s... a haircut that makes me look like a 12 year old boy...

I asked for one or two inches and she took about.4 inches r in off the length nothing off the top..

She didn't do what I asked... did nothing like the picture and now I'm stuck paying for a bad haircut and having to live with it.

She kept saying I'm going to make it look cute do you like it... I reiterated I wanted it in layers I just brush it back instead I got something that makes me look like a little kid from The Partridge Family

People please do not go to this location or the Smart Style at Walmart... they do not listen to you

Escalating things with customer care does not fix you having to live with a terrible haircut

I now need to spend lots of time on my hair and look into getting a wig for my professional presentation weekend in a month... this is honestly the worst haircut ever
