Wrecked Relaxer

Went in for a relaxer and cut. The stylest had terrible time management and now I have scabs on my forehead, neck, ears and in my scalp. After she applied the relaxer she left me to go do a shampoo and haircut on another woman. By the time she came back to me my head was seriously burning. After the shampoo all the areas I mentiined above were bright red, the next day scabs started to form.
I contacted the salon's corporate office to file a complaint, request a refund of the relaxer and e-mailed them pics of the damage. So far, I haven't received a follow-up call, email or received a refund. I'm very upset. Do you guys even care about your customers? We pay our money for quality service here! I've been a customer for years and have never been dissatisfied with any services until now.
