Bad service

Second time going there. The first time I was told that the color they used would be put in my profile. It was not. The second time I go the hairdresser used a brush on my hair that she just uses on another customer without cleaning the brush which really bothered me. After she colored and cut my hair on the side it was sticking out. I brought it to her attention and she trimmed a little off but it was still sticking out. Her response was that it was just cut. I told her that I have never had this trouble before. When all said and done I felt I was overcharged for a bad haircut. Never going back.
