Dishonest practices

We paid our bill on time. Infact, it was early. Smart tuition never notified us of additional fees. They then took 40 dollars late fee. It is disgusting this company and they should be ashamed of themselves for their dishonesty. What respectable company charges a late fee without notifying you there is more money to pay.
It is disgraceful and body that oversees this company should spot check their practices to see if there is any fraud taking place.
There needs to be something done about this as it has happened a few times since our child started school.
Do they have no shame? Where is their respect and integrity?
