Non delivery of Program from vendor

Dear Sirs, I had paid $1.00 and then $157.00 on the 20th February through newauctionsuccess.com to mysecuremembership.com handled by Home Income Stream for a home business program. It's over two weeks now and I have not heard from the vendor. Emails sent to their customer service have remained undelivered. When I tried to contect newauctionsuccess.com I am directed to Business Web Help Desk who I have been talking to, but they claim that they cannot pull up my account. My credit card has been charged $158.00. It has become immpossible to get any help from any source, therefore, I am approaching you to help me get my money back.

Why is there a payment free, is free also I just read a lady spent 157.00 and never received any thing really, I'm a ### widow trying to make money so me and my family can survive....Till I get my ssdi,i have 11months to go I w would love to be on your website and I'm by far stupid , I can make you money and me that's a promise.,.
