A salon stylist with no empathy

I went to get a haircut at 9 am.
I waited 10 minutes for the stylist to open the doors late.
She asked me if I wanted a haircut.
I said yes.
She said sorry my other stylist called in and won't be in until 10:30 am and I am fully booked.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I understand things happen and people call out, but
she should have opened sooner and told me instead of making me wait 10 minutes.
I went to another salon for a haircut.
