Wasted time and money for hair service

I had a color for grays and blowout was charged $72 I was shoved at price since that is not what I paid at another smartstyle salon. Stylist offered a 10% discount for seniors. When I got home I tried to comb hair too wrap it was so stiff i could not comb so I wound up rinsing hair in the morning to get stiff product out. I called to complain but did not get a good response was told that I was not charged correctly at the other salon and that all services are a la cart - wow so basically you get color and pay extra for blowout- this is rediculous. I am still waiting for the response on the product in my hair. What a waste of time and money back to searching for a salon that is professional with reasonable prices😕
