Fried my hair off now I need to wear a wig

I went in to smart style in Lacey Washington on galaxy dr and ended up have my hair completely ruined damaged to the point of not return half my hair is broken off from 24 inches to 4 inches due to the neglect of Sarah overlapping bleach on grown out double processed hair and she knew it was doubled processed because she’s had all my hair history and did my color for the last year almost . I went to two different salons to see if extensions could be put in but both stated my hair is so damaged it can’t have any extensions color or heat put on it and that it should just be all cut off . I told the Smartstyl they were responsible for fixing my hair and only way of doing that was them buying me a wig that would be my length color and density that my hair was before the incident occurred which is 1400$ I talked with Hannah she said the owner wouldn’t pay for it so now I’m ready to take it to court I want this resolved the salon was negligent and I deserve to have healthily hair on my head
