Will never go back!!!!!!!

I went to Front Royal,Virginia's Smartstyle to get my hair highlighted. I have been back twice in 2 days and instead of blonde highlights I have pink highlights. I will never go back to any Smartstyle as long as I live. I have to walk around wearing a damn hat to hide this horror for the next few weeks. I'm so mad I can't see straight. I'm a 45 year old woman and have flipping pink hair. Grrrrrrrrr!!! The person that did caused this horror is the manager of the place. So kind of makes me wonder what the rest of the "hairstylists" are capable of. I learned my lesson and wouldnt let them touch my head again if my depended on it. So moral to this story find a place that actually has hairstylist instead of halfwits who obviously flunked out of cosmetology school.
