Haircut

Went in to get a haircut told the stylist one and a half inches and I wanted a shampoo and blow-dry the water was too hot the stylist cut way too much off my hair he cut 3 to 4 inches off my hair and is all different layers my friend said he didn't know what he was doing this makes the second time he has cut my hair and made a monkey mess I will not be going back they need to fire this hairstylist he does not know how to cut hair and does not listen to what you tell him he cuts it the way he wants to
