My daughter tried to highlight my hair, in doing so, she pulled too much hair through, which made me go blonde.... trying to fix this, she applied light brown to my hair,which turned red. I went to the salon listed above to try to have the color fixed. When the stylist was finished, there was no difference in the color. I tried for 3 days to contact manager. I went into the shop today,was told that the coloring was not their fasult and could have my hair highlighted for 21.57....WHAT???????????????????????????? I just spent 65.00 at this salon!!!!!!!!!!!
