Avoid this Store and Ebony, the So Called Manager/Stylist

AVOID THIS STORE (Buford, GA on Buford Dr) AND EBONY - WHO IS THE MANAGER - If I could give this store a negative rating, I certainly would. This store has more turnover of their stylists and customers than I have ever seen. Ebony is rude, lazy, and only does the basics enough to get by. And if you ask her to do something "extra" she makes excuses not to do it. She rarely smiles or speaks positively. And she can't cut, wash, style hair worth a darn. Every time I go to this store I hope I can get another stylist. Sometimes I'm lucky and feel grateful that I can interact with someone else who cares about my experience. Other times I'm not as lucky. I have never been in the store were more than 2 stylists were working. I'm sure this lady has driven them all away. There are times I have come to the salon, exactly when they are "supposed" to be open. And here comes Ebony...with her breakfast running 30 minutes late. UGGGGGHHH! I have had it...I will never go back to this store ...AND I would advise you not to choose Smarstyles. If you have to then please ask, "Hello, my name is ____ and I would NOT want to be serviced by EBONY today."
