Smithgear charged extra money! They don’t respect refund policy!
I’ve nought a phone for my mother, but it did not work properly, so I sent it back. The phone costs $150.00. I paid 15% for restocking according to the company online policy. When I got my refund, there were only $117.50 which means that $10 were just gone. I have no explanation to this rather than the company has pocketed my money. This looks like a scam!

Talked with agent, wanted a monitor to monitor my Mother who is 99. Got a base station and a hand held unit. It did not monitor a room when i step out. He steared me wrong.
I called to return the package for an address.. I was told it wuld take 24 hr. to get the address.. i waited 24 hr. no e-mail with return address. Called the 843 Blufftn sc number asked for the return address . He said I ewould have to wait another 6 hrs till late afternoon. I asked why he did not have return addresses handy.. He got frustrated with my insistance an told me to stick it. Nice employee . He dated the e- mail at 10:30 i received it at 2:30.
Why do I hae to Wait 24 hrs to get a return address?
Why do you have a rude employee.
