Poor Customer Service
Customer Service and Technical Departments seem to be non-existent. You have to leave a voicemail message or email them for contacting, they never answer a phone. You can call and leave voicemail, but they will never return your phone call. You can also email them, however, do not expect a return email either. Unbelievable how they can have all those wonderful reviews online. It is obvious they are bogus reviews.
Be extremely cautious ordering a product from this company.
