Dishonest and Rude

A representative from the company called and I refused to accept an appointment but they sent someone anyway. I spoke with this person and he attempted to set a meeting for the next day. I told them I could not meet then they sent a person supposedly from LA the next day who refused to leave my business when asked repeatedly. We finally were forced to call the local authorities but he decided to leave while they were en-route. By the way, the initial representative told me that if I read reviews online that they would be largely negative but the reviews were from disgruntled former employees or clients who were caught embezzling.
