wrong readings and wrong address on bill
Hi I am Muhammad Afzal Anjim S/o Habib Ali From Hasilpur old Dist Bahawalpur. We have a new connection of domestic Sui gas in 14 August 2011. Account No 51111892975 and meter number is GN26837419.Fault are Below.
1- Meter Number is printed on Bill is GN26837416.This is wrong plz correct this first.
2- Present reading is 1102 and bill is submitted just 61 Units. On bill present reading 137 and previous is 76. Plz check and correct this. My cell number is 03007849689.

MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS ( 12190810007 ), MY NAME IS, TAHIR MAHMOOD, FLAT#01, 2ND FLOOR, RM CENTER, MOON MARKET, ALLAMA IQBAL TOWN, LAHORE.
I AM PAYING MY SUI GAS BILLS REGULARLY, AND WANT TO PAY MY SUI GAS BILL IN TIME, BUT I AM NOT RECEIVING SUI GAS BILLS FROM SNGPL FROM LAST TWO MONTHS. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IS THE PROBLEM IN YOUR OFFICE, I AM NOT RECEIVING BILLS, FROM LAST TWO MONTHS.

Non Availability of Gas
in ramghar mughal pura we have no gas supply...please do something...because lach gas supply the people of our area facing a lot of problems...what the hell with your authorties who do injustice with the people...you dont give us gas supply but bills of gas constantly goes higher and higher...non musilms authorities are now better than your shameless authorities...shame on all of you...so plz now its toooooo much

Bill for the Billing Month of Aug 2012
Dear Sir,
It is submitted that I consumer No 67812220001 and Metter No GL 27150584 against the House No BJCO 12/5 C/O GE(S) Kharian Cantt received bill for the billing month of July 2012 for Rs 5010.00 (Rupees five thousand and ten only). I visited your Sui Gas office Rehman Shaheed Road Gujrat, where i meet with recovery officer and he permitted me for depositing part of the bill as Rs 2000.00 (rupees two thousand only), so i deposited bill of Rs 2000.00 out of total bill Rs 5010.00 in bank on 7 Sep 2012. Now i received the bill for the billing month of Aug 2012 Rs 5220.00, which is incorrect due the bill as already deposited for Rs 2000.00 not reduced by your concerned office. Therefore, it is requested correct my above bill and forward fresh bill duly reduced Rs 2000.00, which is comes only Rs 3220 including current month bill, so i could be deposited at earliest. In this regards your cooperation will be highly appreciated please.

Wrong & Unbelievable Billing
My consumer no is 46080830006 i received a sticky bill in the month of and so i went to the Nowshera SNGPL office about its inquiry but they didnt give any satisfactory answer and told that its by chance printed 'sticky' and will correct on the following month but on the next month i got a bill including rebate adjustment of about 10,000 i couldnt believe it at all, after that i started there day to day visit but couldnt solve the problem only i could manage to bring the meter checker and what he told that your meter is perfect and next day when i visit there office my case was still unresolved so i desperately paid the bill on installment. I request the concerned authority to please verify the charges that sent in my bill.

I have never ever used gas more than 3.310hm3,but this time a bill of rs.6870 is received.the pressure was low all trimester of winter,and no gas was available at day time.with such cheaper and substandard services and billing of this kind is not fair,its unbelievable.kindly sort out this issue,otherwise i have to go to court in order to seek justice.my history is evident .
