Sommer Auto-Liars and Thieves

I bought a car on 12/23/2016. I paid for the car and picked it up the next day, but no one was there. When I took the car off the lot, the "Check Engine" light was on. I have called about 5 times over the last 2 weeks to about it, the last on Saturday Jan 7, 2017. I told the salesman about it and was told (again) someone from the mechanic dept would call. And again, no one called. I went out to my car today and the car will not start. I have had this car for 2 weeks and have put less than 300 miles on it and it will NOT START! I had it towed to the garage and it was the starter, it cost almost $300. to repair. When I called to complain, the foul mouth owner Sommer, answered the phone told me, "If you could afford a new car, you would have gotten one." (I had some hospital bills I was paying off, so at the time, credit was not so hot.)

A week after I bought the car, I checked the tires closer (which they put on some kind of silicone to make them look better), the inside tread on the tires actually had steel belt showing through and looked like it had dry rot. It was hard to see, but I had to buy new tires as well. They sold this car knowing that even the tires were dangerous. But then, these are the type of criminals and liars that actually sell cars knowing they are in dangerous condition.

2 weeks after the starter went out the linkage went out. Calls to them accomplished nothing. I also kept calling them about the registration, they said they would send it. Finally, after 2 months, I contacted the state attorney general. The next day, my registration form was in the mail.

This is the kind of thing these CRIMINALS AND LIARS do. They sell crap cars after they rig them, and sell them to people who are in bad financial straits. Make no mistake, these people are liars, thieves and parasites!

They have even been indicted in a car theft ring, where they would repo cars that they claimed were not being paid on. It is a matter of record, here is the post from Channel 10 news:

The bottom line is, these people are actual criminals with criminal deeds done in the past. If you deal with these people, you will get ripped off!
