Sovereign Helaht of California,Tonmoy Sharma
And you forgot to mention "Yoga" classes promised but never delivered, the baking of chocolate chip cookies for the addicts while in the immediate presence of the eating disorder inmates. Brilliant!
How about the "Hurry up and wait" classes, some that never did occur?
Did you check your credit card? See the $250 charges for 5 minute "massages" and acupunture that the same technician charges $40 for at his near by office.
Yes, Vicki is a real treat in her position. And Dr Larry Snyder? Standing by well aware of what is going on and ifnoring it. What a professional he turned out to be!
Try checking on your bill with "Darren." Good luck getting an answer from them!
They don't put you through to him and they don't call you back.
Yes, sue the criminals!

Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Sovereign Health advertises its competency to handle patients who have co-occurring disorders, with a focus on mental illness and substance abuse. By utilizing unpaid interns, poorly trained psychiatrists and house managers recently out of rehab, Sovereign is poorly equipped to provide the high level of care and treatment necessary for patients suffering from mood disorders and schizophrenia. The fact that Sovereign has deciphered the medical insurance puzzle to ensure that they are paid the highest dollar, they continue to deplete the resources that might have been used for a treatment program that can help someone with a serious and persistent mental illness.
Their program may be just about adequate for substance abuse; it is woefully inadequate for serious and persistent mental illness and less than useless for those who suffer from both!
